Estranged Husband

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any far more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.

While waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have an additional woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her within the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.

We had been able to offer our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
